Comment se porte l'éducation des enfants dans les écoles maternelles au Sénégal ? Quelles sont les pédagogies qui y sont adoptées ? L' éducation préscolaire ou école maternelle est considérée comme indispensable dans le processus d'apprentissage des enfants âgés de deux ans et demi jusqu'à cinq ans. Elle leur permet de développer plus facilement et plus rapidement les aptitudes et les habiletés personnelles et cognitives. Ces écoliers sont initiés à l'éveil, à la communication orale, à l'environnement et à la citoyenneté.
